Once your order is placed, order processing takes approximately 3-5 business days prior to shipment. After your order has been processed and shipped, it can take up to 3-8 business days to receive your delivery. Please see 'Shipping information' and 'Shipping costs' below for more information.

If you have a registered account with us, you should be able to view the 'Promotions and Coupons' link, located at the bottom of each page (website footer). 

First time purchasers and subscribers can use promo code thanku024 to receive 15% off their total at checkout. 

We ship to all lower US states, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii or any APO/FPO/DPO locations. Depending on your location, order can take up to 8 business days to be delivered*. If there are no issues with the delivery, most deliveries take about 3-5 business days. The shipment comes from Surprise, AZ. 

*NOTE: Due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed by the carrier and may need more time to arrive at your destination. Especially during the holidays.

We offer local delivery for a low fee of $2.49 to the following zip codes:

If your zip code is not listed above, we have other shipping methods. 

• We offer Free In-Person Customer Pickup (no minimum purchase required)
• Free Shipping (your order must meet the minimum amount of $35 or more to be eligible for free shipping). 

Free Shipping for orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 will be calculated by weight. 

FREE IN-PERSON PICKUP! No minimum purchase necessary. If you live nearby and would rather pick up your order instead, select 'In-Person Pickup'. Instructions on how to pick up will be emailed to you once your order is ready for pickup. Processing can take up to 3-5 business days. If there is a delay in processing, we will contact you immediately.

*If you have a small order and need your order ready the same or next business day, please mention it in the 'Special Instructions' text box at checkout. If we are unable to fulfill your order as requested, we will notify you immediately. 

In-Person Pickup Hours Every Day: 8am - 6pm

Most of the scents are colorless. However, the following scents listed below do have color and will be shown through the Clear Frosted Bottles:

• Orange scent will reflect an orange color.
• Grapefruit scent will reflect an orange color
• Tangerine scent will reflect an orange color
• Lemon scent will reflect a yellow color
• Lemon-Eucalyptus will reflect a light-yellow color
• Cinnamon will reflect a very light discoloration, but it's not as clear as the other scents not listed above.

Maximum bulk order limit*? The max limit is 10 bulk orders (that makes 100 bottles). For example, 1 order = 10 bottles, 2 orders = 20 bottles and so on... 

Proof Approval: We must have the proof approved by the customer prior to starting any process. If you selected one of our templates or you emailed us your logo, we will start working on your proof immediately. Proofs can take 1-2 business days to complete. Upon proof completion, we will send the proof to the email address that was provided in the order. Once we receive your approval, we will start the process immediately. 

Processing time can take up to 10 business days to customize the bottles. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped. Delivery can take about 3-8 business days. If you live locally and would prefer to pick up your order, then select 'In-Person Pickup'.

See below for processing times after customer proof approval:

• 1-2 bulk order(s) (10-20 bottles) = 3-4 days to process and then 3-8 business days for delivery time.
• 3-4 bulk orders (30-40 bottles) = 5-6 days to process and then 3-8 business days for delivery time.
• 5 bulk orders (50 bottles) = 7-8 days to process and then 3-8 business days for delivery time.

We accept all major credit cards and Cash App.

If you select Cash App as your form of payment, your payment must be transferred within 1 hour after your purchase. Search for $JANProducts, 480-636-0144 or ejacobs@jansproducts.com on your Cash App to transfer your payment.
